Thursday Book Study Has Resumed!: The Thursday book study groups meets weekly on Thursdays from 11:30-12:30. They are discussing the book “The Poisonwood Bible” by Barbara Kingsolver. Please purchase a copy and join us for some interesting discussions on how missionary work sometimes fails due to lack of understanding cultures and social, political and geographical climates of those we are trying to reach.
Join us for a worship! We commune on the first, third, and fifth Sundays of the month. All are welcome!
Join us for both Children’s and Adult Sunday School opportunities!
Children meet on the third floor with Mrs. Rinker.
Adults will be led in study by Jean Smith in the Martin Luther Library on the second floor.
All are welcome!
Join us for worship led by Emanuel’s Praise Team! We commune on the second, fourth, and fifth Sundays. All are welcome!
The Hour of Prayer group meets at local parks during the spring, summer and fall months and at Emanuel Lutheran Church in the winter. Please contact Parish Deacon Ann Thomas if you are interested in more information – atpatchwork41@gmail.com
