Annual Congregational Meeting

Notice of Annual Meeting – January 28, 2023

Our bylaws state that our Annual Congregational Meeting shall be held on the fourth Sunday in January.  For 2023, that will be Sunday, January 28.  The meeting will be held in the Sanctuary at 9:00a.m. before the 10:30 a.m. worship service. As a reminder, we have only one worship service at 10:30a.m. on January 28^th with Guest Pastor Jon Bull.

We will be voting on the budget, the slate of officers, directors, designates, and boards. In the event of a level 2 weather incident, the lack of a quorum, or if the service is cancelled for any reason, the meeting will be held the following Sunday.
